bibliography #2

C. M. Askling, J. Nilsson and A. Thorstensson.  “A new hamstring test to complement the common clinical examination before return to sport after injury.” Knee Surgery, Sports Traumatology, Arthroscopy 18.12 (Dec 2010): p1798(6). This article tested hamstring flexibility of someone who recently strained their hamstring. It showed how the injury effected the flexibility of the patient. Eleven people were tested with and without the injury, but only when people were completely recovered from the strain. The point this article was trying to prove was flexibility in relation to when the athlete is able to compete again. It is aimed at anyone who has had a hamstring injury. This is another great article on another part of the body and telling how a hamstring injury affected flexibility.
