Running durring winter months
Winter is just around the corner. Everyone knows that staying in shape requires effort, time and sometimes equipment that is required. Running is one of the most effective forms of exercise that helps with flexibility, strength, lung capacity, and helps maintain a healthy heart. During the winter months it is quite a bit harder to find a way to stay in shape. Treadmills can help but can be dangerous and cause injuries. It doesn't matter what type of shoe or how long you run on a treadmill, the constant even pounding can cause certain joints to wear down and become irritated. Finding an indoor facility is probably one of the best bets for someone looking for a place to run, but nothing can beat warm cloths and going outside for a run. Sweating helps lose some body fat and is harder, and not recommended, during cold weather. If your cloths get wet they can freeze and causing sickness. Running in cold weather is much different then summer when you can just throw on some shorts and go running. Getting too many or too few cloths can be bad.
